Yeast Free Pizza Crust


  This is a quick and easy yeast free pizza crust that is so good!

Yeast Free Pizza Crust
(makes one crust)
3 cups flour 
(I used fresh ground whole wheat)
2 tbsp Baking Powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup water
1/4 cup olive oil

Blend dry ingredients in a food processor or Bosch Mixer 
Gradually add oil and water
Knead by hand or in mixer for 5 - 7 minutes
Roll out and place on pan or pizza stone
Place on toppings 
Bake in 425 degree oven for 12 - 15 minutes
(I made a pesto pizza with mozzarella and sun dried tomatoes)

Interesting! Sometimes I have pizza planned but forget about it until it is too close to dinnertime to let the dough rise. This might be a good solution.
