Homemade "Bisquick"

This is one of my favorite homemade kitchen mixes. I use it to make muffins, drop biscuits, pancakes, Banana Bread or any thing that calls for "Bisquick". I make up a batch and store it in my refrigerator. It will last for about 3 months. I grind the flour in my Wondermill and use baking powder that has no aluminum. I love that this is fresh with no preservatives. Give it a try!
