Highly Recommended!

My mom had a pressure cooker when I was growing up that was really old. I remember that thing ticking away on the stove top. My sister and I were instructed never to touch it. I was always terrified that it would blow up when mom released the pressure. I never planned to use one of those crazy things.
But...last year for Christmas, my husband bought me an Cuisinart Electric Pressure Cooker. I must admit, it set in the box for about 3 months because I was a afraid to use it. When I finally got up the courage to open the box and use it, I was hooked. I have cooked DRY beans in 15 minutes! I have made the BEST pot roast in about an hour! I love using it on busy days when I have been out of the house all day. It is so quick and very easy to use. Pressure cookers have come along way from my mother's ancient model, so I am recommending that you consider one of these wonderful machines. If you want to know more about the model I have, click here!

Kelly, it looks absolutely wonderful! I don't know if I told you about my experience when I was about 9 years old, and a family friend was cooking dried beans in the pressure cooker. (of course this was about 54 years ago, so the technology wasn't very sophisticated!)

It got overheated and exploded! The lid went flying, the hot beans sprayed all over the kitchen, and children ran out the door as fast as their legs would carry them!

Fortunately, I was not scarred forever, and I love using a pressure cooker. I will check this one out! Thanks for the recommendation.

BTW, hope you are feeling better!

Love,
Mrs. Frodge
