Lazy Mom's Crock Pot Lasagna

This is what we are having for dinner tonight...

         Lazy Mom's Crock Pot Lasagna

1 ground beef (or however much you like in your lasagna)
24 oz of spaghetti sauce - store bought or homemade (you may need more depending on how much meat you use - it should be very saucy)
1 large container of cottage cheese (or you can use ricotta cheese) combined with one egg and fresh parsley
shredded mozzarella cheese
lasagna noodles (uncooked)

Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Drain. Combine the meat with the spaghetti sauce

Ladle about a cup of the meat sauce into the bottom of the crock pot

On top of the meat sauce put in a layer of lasagna noodles (break them into pieces to fit)

On top of the lasagna noodles cover with some of the cottage cheese mixture

On top of the cottage cheese mixture sprinkle some of the mozzarella cheese.

Then start layers over (Do as many layers as you like then finish off with left over sauce)

*Make sure all the noodles are covered with sauce or else they won't cook.

**Important: then pour 3/4 cup of water around the inside edges of the crockpot

Put on the lid and cook on high for about 2 hours, or low for about 4-5 hours. Let it stand about 10 min before serving. Enjoy!
