ISC 2009

As always, ISC was a wonderful experience. This year Rob also got to go along and enjoy the week. The speakers were awesome! Even thought Community Christian did not go this year (we missed you!) Matthew tagged along with another school from Florida, Orange Ave Baptist School located in Ft. Pierce. All of the Florida schools really came together and supported one another. Matthew placed 1st in Archery and has his sights on breaking the record next year. It is always encouraging to meet students from all over the world that have a heart for following Jesus. Check out the Evening Rallys linked to my Blog under Good Things ISC 2009. If you watch the Wednesday Evening highlights, you will see Andrew! Here are a few pictures from our week...

Matthew takes aim!

Rob decided it would be fun to put on a Velcro suit and jump onto a Velcro wall. Boys will be boys at any age!

We are very proud of Matthew for winning 1st in archery. However, we were aleady privy to this info because we happened to run into a very proud Grandma at Joann's Fabric who shared this same info with us!
I am sure you all had a great time at ISC. We were always so blessed coming away from there.
Rob looks so funny in that velcro suit! I have never heard of doing anything like that!
Glad you are safely home :)
Hope to see you soon!

So glad you had a wonderful time! Yes, we missed being there -- Warrensburg is a nice little town, and ISC is always great.

Well, good job, Matthew! I think archery is a great skill to have -- who knows how useful it might be in the future??

I am assuming you did not get to meet up with the Millers?? Well, maybe next time. And we are so glad Rob got to go this year -- it is such a great family adventure.

Glad you are home safely and all is back to "normal"!

Congratulations to Matthew on his first place archery! I am sure that was no easy feat. It looked like your family enjoyed itself immensely.

About that velcro suit...if there is anyone I can imagine trying it, Rob Stevens is the first person that comes to mind!

Thanks for posting pics, Kelly. Congratulations to Matthew! Breaking the record would certainly be the next step since he's already got first place tied up :) Good for him!

It was nice that Andrew could enjoy himself too! Looks like the whole family had a great time.

Wish we could have been there. The kids really do miss it.

Love,
Beth
